ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Food Drive for Teresa Shelter
As many of you know we are hosting the NCCAA Regional Basketball tournament this weekend. Part of the tournament includes a service project and we are excited to be able to have this opportunity to give back to our community. We will be collecting non-perishables to donate to the Teresa Shelter here in Dubuque. The Teresa Shelter provides a safe place for all women and children who find themselves homeless due to circumstances beyond their control. Some women may have been evicted and/or struggling with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. We are asking that our faculty/staff and students help participate in this along with all of the visiting teams. There will be boxes in the central lounges on each floor starting today through Friday to drop any items you would like to donate (cans of soup, rice, pasta, etc).
